Job summary

IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) is seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant / Solution Lead to deliver a modern enterprise learning platform across Australia. You will work with stakeholders to implement a scalable LMS, integrate HR and reporting systems and support learning, workforce development and analytics in a complex environment.

Remote working arrangements are available, with commencement in October 2026 and AGSVA Baseline required.

Qualifications

Experience implementing or supporting enterprise LMS platforms.
Experience integrating LMS with HR or reporting systems.
Experience delivering cloud-based scalable digital learning solutions.
Knowledge of learner record management, reporting and analytics.
Experience working with multi-tenant data sharing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and configuration of an LMS solution.
Deliver integrations between the LMS and HR and reporting platforms.
Support learner management, program administration, reporting and record management.
Configure multi-tenant environments and enable data sharing across stakeholder groups.
Implement AI-enabled functionality and user-focused learning experiences.
Provide advice on system optimisation, user adoption and platform enhancements.
Manage stakeholder engagements and gather business requirements.
Develop implementation plans, solution documentation and delivery reporting.
Support testing, deployment and transition activities.
Provide technical guidance and training to key stakeholders and administrators.
