Job summary

Heart Talent is partnering with a global organisation to recruit a learning and development coordinator in Australia. You will own coordination of a diverse portfolio of professional development programs across Asia Pacific from a central hub in a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

You will manage registrations, venues and logistics for face-to-face, virtual and in-company training, while building strong relationships with members and customers to identify learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in coordination, administration or customer service.
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, responsive customer service approach.
• Confidence in building relationships across levels.
• Methodical approach with high accuracy.
• Proactive, independent worker in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems such as Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning and development programs (face-to-face, virtual, on-demand and in-company).
• Manage registrations, venues, online platforms, course materials and logistics.
• Respond proactively to member and customer enquiries.
• Build relationships and identify relevant training opportunities.
• Collaborate with engagement managers to connect people with programs.
• Support local sales and marketing to raise awareness and participation.
• Prepare proposals for in-company and bespoke training using templates.
• Coordinate the annual awards program including entries and communications.
• Review feedback and identify opportunities to keep training current.
• Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate across the organisation.
