Job summary

VetPartners is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join the People & Culture team. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will coordinate learning programs across Australia and New Zealand and manage the Learning Management System (ELMO).

You will create engaging digital resources with Canva, Runway, Whatfix and Synthesia, support digital/blended learning, and provide ongoing program insights to improve learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or HR Coordination.
• Qualifications in Graphic design, Learning & Development, Education or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (ELMO preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of learning programs across Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (ELMO) including course creation, enrolments, reporting and admin.
• Create engaging learning resources using Canva, Runway, Whatfix and Synthesia.
• Support the design and improvement of digital, blended and face-to-face learning experiences.
• Produce learning reports and insights to measure participation and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate training logistics, calendars and stakeholder engagement to ensure a smooth learner journey.
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop and update content.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and learner experience.
