Job summary

VetPartners Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will coordinate programs, manage our Learning Management System, and help bring innovative learning initiatives to life.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or HR Coordination.
• Qualifications in Graphic design, Learning & Development, Education or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• ELMO LMS experience is highly regarded
• Proficient at using Microsoft Office and Canva for content creation
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach to learning

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of learning programs, workshops, webinars and leadership development initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (ELMO), including course creation, learner enrolments, reporting and system administration
• Create engaging learning resources using Canva, Runway, Whatfix and Synthesia
• Support the design and continuous improvement of digital, blended, and face-to-face learning experiences.
• Produce learning reports and insights to measure participation, compliance and program effectiveness
• Coordinate training logistics, communications, calendars and stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless learner experience
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop and update learning content
• Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, resources and the overall learner experience
• Provide administrative support across Learning & Development projects and initiatives
