Job summary

Thinka, a leading learning and development partner in Australia, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to oversee corporate programs from kickoff to close-out.

You will coordinate with clients, facilitators and the Thinka team, ensuring delivery-ready programs, timely communications and data-driven insights. A fast-paced, autonomous role with strong tech and project skills awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating corporate learning programs and workshops.
• Ability to connect communications, resources and evaluation to success.
• Tech-savvy with quick learning of new systems and data handling.
• Attention to detail with fast, multi-priority work ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational side of project kick-offs and build project plans mapping tasks, milestones, responsibilities and resources.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and risks; keep Monday.com and Client Central accurate.
• Act as key contact for clients and coordinate facilitators, producers and delivery partners.
• Ensure workshops are delivery-ready with communications, links, materials and logistics.
• Respond quickly to time-critical delivery issues and resolve with clients or partners.
• Maintain and analyse project, participant and evaluation data to identify insights.
• Communicate updates and concerns clearly across the Thinka team.
• Improve processes by developing repeatable, practical approaches.
