Trouble Free Computing Solutions (TFCS) is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our remote team. The role supports customers, monitors systems, and helps with onboarding projects while documenting IT infrastructure and FAQs.
Candidates should bring 5+ years in a similar role and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and Power Platform. We offer flexible hours, full-time or part-time options, and remote work from anywhere in Australia.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a similar IT support role with strong customer focus.
- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune environments.
- Administration experience with SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Demonstrated AI experience and telecom solutions know-how.
- Strong discipline working from home and across remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Respond to support enquiries from customers and document resolutions.
- Review and act on signals from RMM and EDR platforms.
- Monitor backup services and investigate alerts or failures.
- Contribute to customer onboarding projects and documentation.
- Recommend improvements to IT stack and support processes.
