Job summary
Future Business Technology Group – Southport QLD is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide remote and onsite assistance while helping manage client day-to-day IT systems. The role is based in Southport CBD, with periodic travel to our Brisbane office and customer sites across South East Queensland.

Qualifications
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
- Experience with Intune, Defender, Entra ID, Exchange and SharePoint.
- Networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Endpoint security and backup solutions experience.
- RMM and remote support tools experience.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic VoIP and business telephony knowledge.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Responsibilities
- Level 1 and Level 2 remote and onsite support.
- Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune and Defender.
- Windows and macOS workstation and server environments.
- User onboarding, offboarding, accounts and permissions.
- Network troubleshooting across routers, firewalls, switches, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, DNS and DHCP.
- Managing customer devices and assets through RMM platform.
- Endpoint security, cybersecurity monitoring and remediation.
- Backup monitoring, troubleshooting and management.
- Microsoft 365, workstation, network and hardware deployments.
- Hosted VoIP phone system and handset support.
