Job summary

Future Business Technology Group – Southport QLD is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide remote and onsite assistance while helping manage client day-to-day IT systems. The role is based in Southport CBD, with periodic travel to our Brisbane office and customer sites across South East Queensland.

• RMM and remote support tools experience.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic VoIP and business telephony knowledge.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
