Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance or related)
• 2–3 years in international property sales, off-plan or high-ticket investment sales
• Proven success closing high-value property/investment transactions
• Experience serving international buyers, preferably in Australia
• Established networks in international property investment communities are a plus
• Strong understanding of cross-border real estate investment principles and returns
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, performance-driven, able to manage full sales pipeline independently

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified inbound leads into property transactions while maintaining an efficient sales pipeline.
• Conduct professional investment consultations: opportunities, ownership structures, projected returns, long-term strategies.
• Lead virtual and face-to-face negotiations with international investors throughout the sales cycle.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective buyers using a consultative approach and tailored investment recommendations.
• Address inquiries on cross-border ownership, investment structures, financing and asset management.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales strategies and accelerate closures.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and client communications throughout the process.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure timely contract execution of every transaction
