You will conduct investment consultations, explain ownership structures and projected returns, and guide buyers through cross-border processes to successful contract execution. Strong English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of international property sales experience or high-ticket investment sales.
• Proven ability to close high-value property or investment deals.
• Experience serving international buyers, especially in Australia, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound qualified leads into property transactions in Australia.
• Present investment opportunities, ownership structures, returns and strategies.
• Lead negotiations with international investors throughout the sales cycle.
