Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3+ years in international property sales or high-ticket investments.
• Proven track record closing high-value property deals.
• Experience with international buyers, especially in Australia.
• Strong cross-border investment knowledge and financial returns insight.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a full sales pipeline.
• Native or professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified inbound leads into property transactions in Australia.
• Provide investment consultations with returns, structures, and strategies.
• Lead virtual and in-person negotiations with international investors.
