Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2–3+ years in international property sales or high-ticket real estate.
• Proven track record in closing high-value transactions.
• Experience with international buyers, especially in Australia.
• Strong network in international property investment circles is a plus.
• Solid understanding of cross-border investment principles and returns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven, able to manage pipeline independently.
• Native or professional English proficiency required.
