MatchaTalent is seeking a Sales Closer for the Australian Market in a full-time, fully remote role based anywhere ( Bali, Indonesia ). You will convert qualified inbound investment leads into property transactions, focusing on high-value deals and international buyers within the Australian market.

You will conduct professional investment consultations, guide buyers through cross-border acquisition processes, and manage the complete sales cycle from engagement to contract execution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of international property sales, off-plan real estate, luxury real estate, or high-ticket investment sales.
• proven success in closing high-value property or investment transactions.
• Experience serving international buyers, particularly in the Australian market.
• Established network within international property investment communities is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of cross-border real estate investment principles, ownership structures, investment analysis, and financial returns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, objection handling, and relationship management skills.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of managing a full sales pipeline independently while achieving targets.
• Native or professional-level English proficiency is essential.

• Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and client communications.
