Calvary is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to join National Calvary Community Care (CCC) Service Centres in Melbourne. You will coordinate after-hours and overflow inbound enquiries, delivering prompt, respectful service to employees, clients and families.

You will aim to resolve interactions on first contact and provide timely handovers to the appropriate area when needed, supporting a mission-based organisation with a strong care focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre environment.
• Familiarity with Community Care.
• Strong problem-solving and solutions-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with telephony software and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate after-hours and overflow inbound enquiries for CCC Service Centres.
• Deliver high level of customer service to employees, clients and families.
