Job summary

LION Digital (US) is seeking a Head of Client Success to lead a remote Australian operations team. You will manage a portfolio of ecommerce clients, drive multichannel strategy, and ensure growth, retention, and high-quality delivery.

You will partner with Channel Leads to onboard clients, run strategic reviews, and spot opportunities that move client revenue forward. This is a commercial, growth-focused leadership role with AI tools as part of the workflow.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency experience managing eCommerce clients.
• Real working knowledge of multichannel digital – MER, CAC, ROAS as core thinking.
• Hands-on across at least two of: SEO, SEM, Meta, Email, or Shopify.
• Strong commercial instinct and growth orientation.
• Ability to translate data into a clear client POV and land it.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of eCommerce clients across SEO, SEM, Meta, Email and Web.
• Onboard new clients in partnership with Channel Leads.
• Conduct regular, strategic performance reviews that drive actions.
• Maintain a 360 view of performance across accounts and prioritise delivery.
• Identify growth opportunities and present business cases to clients.
