Job summary

Lion Digital is seeking a Head of Client Success to lead a portfolio of ecommerce clients, driving multichannel strategy and ensuring performance trends in the right direction.

You will own client growth, retention, and the quality of all deliverables, working with Channel Leads to manage portfolio performance and strategic conversations. This role emphasizes ownership and proactive leadership within a remote Australia-based team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency experience managing eCommerce clients.
• Hands-on experience across at least two: SEO, SEM, Meta, Email, or Shopify.
• Strong commercial instinct with growth mindset.
• Ability to convert data into a clear client-facing point of view.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of eCommerce clients across SEO, SEM, Meta, Email and Web.
• Onboard new clients in collaboration with Channel Leads.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and drive strategic next actions.
• Maintain a 360 view of performance and coordinate delivery across teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and present compelling business cases.
