Job summary

Hustle is a Sydney-based eCommerce growth agency seeking a Growth Executive (Remote) who can close ongoing services withFounders and finance leaders. You’ll run discovery, build growth evaluations, present proposals, negotiate, and sign deals, reporting to the Head of Growth.

This role is fully remote across Australia and offers coaching, mentorship, and ongoing deal support. You’ll own the full sales cycle, with daily guidance on commercial strategy and negotiation, and you’ll work with

Qualifications

• 2–5 years closing ongoing services, ideally in an agency, SaaS or consulting business.
• Proven track record of winning deals and hitting targets.
• Comfortable talking with founders and senior decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, growth evaluations, proposals, negotiation and final signature.
• Own full deal cycles and move opportunities to close.
• Keep HubSpot up to date and hand over to delivery with clear guidance.
• Talk with founders and finance leaders to assess opportunities.
• Support ramp-up with coaching from Head of Growth.
