Job summary

Hustle is seeking a Growth Executive for eCommerce agency sales, remotely across Australia. You’ll own full deal cycles, from discovery to signature, collaborating with the Head of Growth to convert qualified demand into enduring client partnerships.

With 2–5 years in agency/SaaS/consulting sales, you’ll confidently engage founders and finance leaders, run audits, discuss fees, and drive five new partnerships per month by six months while mentori ng with Directors.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years closing ongoing services, ideally in an agency, SaaS or consulting business.
• Able to talk through deals you’ve personally won and targets you’ve hit.
• Comfortable talking business with founders and senior decision makers.
• Ask thoughtful questions, take feedback on board and follow through.
• You enjoy sales and want to keep getting better at it.

Responsibilities

• Own the deal lifecycle: discovery, growth evaluations, proposals, negotiation and final signature.
• Speak with founders and finance leaders about growth and opportunities.
• Close partnerships and maintain momentum for timely signatures.
• Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their needs.
• Build and present audits linking marketing performance to profitability.
• Discuss fees, handle objections and close partnerships.
• Keep HubSpot up to date and ensure a clean handover to Delivery.
