Job summary

LION Digital is seeking a proactive Project Manager to coordinate workflows across SEO, Paid Media, Email, and Web Development. You will bridge between specialists, management, and clients to deliver on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.

You’ll lead planning, KPI tracking, and performance reporting while supporting the Client Success team and Head of Client Success to ensure seamless client experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Media, Email Marketing, and Development workflows.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Email, and Dev projects from kickoff to completion.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure all projects follow structured workflows and project management best practices.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and keep projects on schedule.
• Maximise productivity by optimising the team’s time and workload.
• Maintain and update tasks in ClickUp, making adjustments as priorities shift.
• Brief team members clearly and allocate resources efficiently.
• Organise workflows to prevent bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Enforce deadlines and time-tracking policies, and track action items in WIP meetings.
• Promote consistent ClickUp usage for transparency and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve blockers before delivery.
• Participate in client meetings, provide transparency and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with Client Success to align execution with client goals.
• Keep clients informed on progress, milestones, and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate client meetings to maintain engagement.
• Support reporting on channel performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure thorough testing and client sign-off before implementation.
• Contribute insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Own monthly and quarterly reporting, tracking KPIs and trends.
• Present reports connecting results to goals and project plans.
