Hustle is seeking a Growth Executive for eCommerce agency sales, available remotely across Australia. The role offers base salary + super + uncapped commission, with you acting as the second closer and reporting to the Head of Growth.

You will lead discovery, growth evaluations, proposals, negotiations and final sign-offs. You will engage founders and finance leaders, build audits linking performance to profitability, and manage deals end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years closing ongoing services, ideally in an agency, SaaS or consulting business
• Able to discuss deals won and targets hit
• Comfortable speaking with founders and senior decision makers

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery calls with founders and finance leaders
• Own the deal from discovery through proposal, negotiation and signature
• Build and present audits linking marketing performance to profitability
• Keep deals moving and maintain HubSpot records
• Provide clear handover to the delivery team for a strong client start
