Job summary

Hustle, a growth‑driven eCommerce agency, seeks a Growth Executive to close ongoing services. You’ll own discovery, growth evaluations, proposals, negotiations and the final signature, working directly with the Head of Growth to turn qualified demand into lasting client partnerships.

This is a remote, Australia‑wide, full‑time role with base salary plus super and uncapped commission. Expect discovery calls with founders, audits linking marketing to profitability, and a hands‑on ramp‑up plan with

Qualifications

• 2–5 years closing ongoing services, ideally in an agency, SaaS or consulting business.
• Proven deals won and targets hit.
• Comfortable talking business with founders and senior decision makers.
• Asked thoughtful questions and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients.
• Build and present audits linking marketing performance to profitability.
• Discuss fees, handle objections, and close partnerships.
• Keep deals moving and maintain HubSpot records.
• Provide delivery with a clear handover for strong start.
