Job summary

Hustle is hiring Growth Executive for eCommerce Agency Sales to lead discovery, growth evaluations and finalizing partnerships. You will close ongoing services with founders and senior leaders, targeting five new partnerships monthly within six months, while working remotely across Australia.

You’ll partner with the Head of Growth on audits, negotiations and revenue growth, with a clear ramp-up and daily coaching to maximise profitability for clients and the agency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years closing ongoing services, ideally in an agency, SaaS or consulting business.
• Able to articulate deals you’ve won and targets hit.
• Comfortable talking business with founders and senior decision makers.
• Ask thoughtful questions, take feedback on board and follow through.
• Enjoy sales and want to keep getting better at it.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls with prospective clients and understand their growth needs.
• Build and present audits linking marketing performance to profitability.
• Negotiate fees, handle objections and close partnerships.
• Keep deals moving and maintain HubSpot with up-to-date information.
• Provide clear handover to delivery to ensure strong client start.
