Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Graduate Recruitment Consultant to lead graduate talent initiatives. This fully remote role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and managing entry‑level candidates across various clients, with responsibilities spanning outreach, screening, interviews, onboarding, and university liaison.

You will shape graduate programs from the ground up, contributing to clients' workforce development while gaining valuable experience in a flexible remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or HR with a focus on early careers or graduates.
• Strong understanding of university recruitment cycles and graduate market trends.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and assessment skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and digital collaboration tools.
• A proactive, energetic approach with a passion for developing young talent.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple candidate pipelines remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract high-potential graduate candidates.
• Manage online career portals and social media to promote graduate opportunities.
• Screen applications and conduct virtual interviews to assess candidates' potential and fit.
• Coordinate assessment centers and virtual onboarding for graduate intakes.
• Build relationships with universities to enhance the talent pipeline.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
