Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a consultancy.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment projects concurrently.
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse client roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract a broad candidate pool.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and provide progress updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
