Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Graduate Project Coordinator to join our fully remote team. In this role you will support project managers, help plan and monitor activities, track milestones, and ensure deliverables stay on time, within scope and on budget.

You will develop documentation, agendas, and status updates while building a solid foundation in project management principles. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with project management software (Asana, Trello, MS Project) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables with regular updates.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate potential project risks and issues to the project manager.
