You will liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams, keeping records up to date and facilitating smooth project delivery. Strong organizational skills and remote-working experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or similar administrative role in the construction industry.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Procore, Asana, MS Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, plans, permits, and reports, in a centralized digital system.
• Facilitate virtual project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes and action items.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular status updates to project managers.
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing correspondence.
