Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sales Manager B2B – Freelance, based in Australia, to drive growth in the DACH region. You will own the full sales cycle, promote AI-powered software and consulting services, and build lasting partnerships with corporate clients across Germany and beyond.

The role offers remote work, flexible hours, and substantial autonomy. Your responsibilities include acquiring new accounts, managing CRM-driven pipelines, and aligning sales activities with market expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in B2B solution sales with a proven record.
• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell software solutions and professional consulting services to business customers across the German market.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Coordinate with product teams, sales specialists, and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market expansion plans.
• Take ownership of revenue targets and sales performance within the assigned customer segment.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and monitor opportunities.
