Qualifications

• Strong full-funnel performance marketing expertise including audience research, creative angles, copywriting and media buying.
• Experience in performance marketing within an agency or consumer brand environment.
• Has managed seven-figure advertising spend or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy and optimize performance for paid social campaigns across leading brands.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and content for paid and organic channels.
• Manage full-funnel process from research to copywriting and media buying.
• Collaborate with founders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Analyze KPIs and optimize campaigns to improve results.
• Test and refine creative assets and messaging for better performance.
• Contribute to scalable campaign frameworks and best practices.
