The a2 Milk Company is seeking an experienced FMCG Territory Manager to own and grow NSW/ACT territory from a remote field base. You will build strong retailer partnerships, expand distribution, and ensure brilliant in-store representation while collaborating with Metcash and distributor networks.

You’ll use market insights to spot opportunities, plan routes, and drive promotional support, delivering measurable commercial results for a premium brand.

Qualifications

• FMCG field sales, Territory Management or Account Management experience.
• Experience working with corporate and/or independent supermarkets.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret sales data and turn insights into action.
• Track record of improving distribution, shelf presence or sales performance.
• Strong organisation, territory and route-planning capability.

Responsabilités

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with retail partners and independent grocers.
• Grow sales and distribution by identifying new ranging and promotional opportunities.
• Maximise in-store execution through availability, shelf facings, placement and brand visibility.
• Develop our presence within independent supermarkets and grocers, including working with Metcash and distributor networks.
• Use store performance data and market insights to identify opportunities and shape your territory strategy.
• Plan efficient store coverage and routes to maximise your impact across the territory.
• Support strong merchandising execution within your territory and provide feedback to the Merchandiser.
• Share market intelligence and actionable insights with the National Field Sales Manager and Account Manager.
