Job summary

The a2 Milk Company is seeking an experienced FMCG Territory Manager to lead sales across NSW/ACT. This remote, field-based role covers the NSW/ACT region with travel by car to Canberra at least every eight weeks. You’ll drive distribution, negotiate placements and turn market insights into action to grow our premium brand.

You’ll work with retailers and distributors, leveraging data to identify opportunities, expand presence and deliver strong merchandising execution across channels.

Qualifications

• FMCG field sales, Territory Management or Account Management experience.
• Experience working with corporate and/or independent supermarkets.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret sales data and turn insights into action.
• Track record of improving distribution, shelf presence or sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with retail partners and independent grocers.
• Grow sales and distribution by identifying new ranging and promotional opportunities.
• Maximise in-store execution through availability, shelf facings, placement and brand visibility.
• Develop presence within independent supermarkets and grocers, including Metcash and distributor networks.
• Use store performance data and market insights to identify opportunities and shape territory strategy.
• Plan efficient store coverage and routes to maximise impact across the territory.
• Support merchandising execution and provide guidance to the Merchandiser.
• Share market intelligence and actionable insights with the National Field Sales Manager and Account Manager.
