Job summary

The a2 Milk Company is seeking an experienced FMCG Territory Manager to lead the NSW/ACT territory from a field-based, remote setting. You’ll drive growth with retailers, expand distribution, and ensure premium in-store representation across corporate and independent channels.

Qualifications

• FMCG field sales experience with a focus on territory growth.
• Experience managing corporate and independent retailers is ideal.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into action.
• Track record of improving distribution, shelf presence or sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with retail partners and independent grocers.
• Grow sales and distribution by identifying new ranging and promotional opportunities.
• Maximise in-store execution through availability, shelf facings and placement.
• Develop presence within independent supermarkets and distributor networks.
• Use data and market insights to shape territory strategy and coverage.
• Plan efficient store coverage and routes to maximise impact.
• Support merchandising execution and provide guidance to the Merchandiser.
• Share market intelligence with senior sales stakeholders.
