Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Territory Manager to join our NSW Sales Team, servicing customers and channels across the Central Coast including lower Newcastle. You will deliver sales targets and drive profitable growth through territory planning and execution.

In this role you’ll grow our top brand portfolio by promoting iconic brands across spreads, milk, and beverages, building lasting relationships with customers and delivering in-store excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG sales is highly regarded.
• Hospitality, retail, or operational leadership experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Nourish, build and create lasting relationships with customers ensuring mutual success through maximising sales
• Achieve profit growth targets via best-in-class availability across our vast range of products
• Develop and ensure compliance of promotional programs across our customers
• Ensure excellence in in-store execution, including point-of-sale activation and planogram compliance
• Drive fridge utilisation, share of shelf and location management of fridges in store
