Job summary

Manassen Foods Pty Ltd, a leading FMCG manufacturer and distributor, seeks an agile State Field & Account Manager to drive sales strategies and activate plans across New South Wales and ACT.

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will manage a 4-person field team, partner with independent trading partners, and travel within NSW to ensure margin and GSV targets are met while delivering robust customer value.

Qualifications

• FMCG sales or negotiation certifications/training are highly regarded.
• Experience in a sales role within Independent Sales.
• Hands-on management of a small, dispersed team.
• Willingness to travel within New South Wales and hold a valid Driver's Licence.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy and Financial Deliverables: develop sales strategy for key accounts and manage deals, discounts and promotions while hitting distribution targets.
• Customer Management: build and maintain strong trading relationships with key accounts and plan promotions and range extensions.
• People management: coach and develop the field team to raise performance.
• Forecasting: manage financial and demand forecasts for promotions, baseline and new product introductions.
• Communication: align with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer priorities.
