Job summary

Inforcer Ltd. is seeking an Implementation Manager AUS to lead customer onboarding, workshops and adoption. You will coordinate activities, host webinars, and ensure successful outcomes with a strong focus on customer experience.

You will drive bespoke implementations for large clients, develop training content and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value. This role offers hybrid/remote options and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as an Implementation Manager or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience delivering structured implementations with milestones and goals.
• Strong project management, planning and multi-implementation coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Experience with Modern Workplace, M365 delivery or SaaS implementations.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Self-starter with accountability and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise during implementation and expand Microsoft knowledge.
• Support internal training to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Host and co-host client-facing webinars to increase platform understanding.
• Deliver multiple implementation sessions, manage projects and communications.
• Lead bespoke implementations for larger clients with milestone-driven planning.
• Create and update documentation and training videos for internal and customer use.
• Deliver platform training in both virtual and in-person group settings.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction and drive improvements through onboarding processes.
