Interfi Systems is seeking an Implementation Officer in Sydney CBD to manage the deployment and handover of solutions to clients. You will ensure successful implementation, train clients, and support go-lives in a client-facing role at the intersection of technical delivery and client management.

The role involves coordinating with development teams and stakeholders, conducting training sessions, and maintaining go-live documentation for multiple concurrent deployments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation or technical delivery.
• Strong understanding of deployment processes and release procedures.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple implementations.
• Effective problem-solving under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Officer to manage the deployment and handover of solutions to our clients. You will ensure that development work is successfully implemented, clients are trained and supported, and go-live experiences are seamless. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery and client management, making it ideal for someone who is technically capable and thrives in a client-facing environment.

What you’ll do
