Affinity Migration Group Pty is seeking a Project Implementation Lead to manage end-to-end client deployments, including scope, timelines, integrations and stakeholder relationships. The role covers on-site, remote desktop, or phone-based training across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication, and a track record with software integrations.

Qualifications

• High level customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Workforce Management Systems.
• Excellent time-management and prioritisation ability.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work without close supervision.
• Creative problem-solving and lateral thinking.
• Demonstrated experience in project management with multiple implementations.
• Experience with software integrations (APIs, file-based imports/exports, or similar).

Responsabilités

• Respond to technical assistance requests from Easy Employer clients via phone and email.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Schedule and perform Easy Employer Software implementations, installations, and user training.
• Plan, scope and manage end-to-end implementation and integration from kick-off to go-live.
• Configure and manage integrations between Easy Employer Software and client systems.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects and meet deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams and third-party vendors to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Provide regular project status updates to clients and management.
• Proactively communicate with clients to maintain service levels.
• Identify and handle urgent situations; notify management when required.
• Stay updated with system changes and updates.
• Execute technical projects or tasks as requested by management.
• Attend meetings, training and development courses.
• Suggest improvements and help enact procedural changes.
• Produce documentation and how-to-guides for procedures.
