Digiscale in Melbourne, VIC is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to work with clients, translate business needs into tailored software solutions, and manage end-to-end deployments across industries.

You will train users, coordinate with sales and development teams, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure successful adoption, while strengthening long-term relationships and contributing to product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software implementation or consulting environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities
