Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated drive and resilience in a goal-oriented environment.
• Proven capacity to absorb coaching and apply feedback quickly.

• Proven curiosity and genuine interest in technology sales.
• Based in Sydney, Australia.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling activity as part of a structured daily routine.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects and customers across APAC via outbound calling and email outreach.
• Conduct high-volume outbound activity to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing to develop targeted, account-based outreach strategies.
• Contribute to the Go-to-Market BDR playbook and outbound motion.
• Communicate LastPass product capabilities to prospects in a compelling and relevant way.
• Operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with agility and continuous learning.
