LastPass is recruiting a Business Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline growth across the APAC region. You will engage prospects and customers while collaborating with Account Executives and regional teams to design targeted outreach strategies.

You will be part of a high-energy, globally distributed BDR team, transitioning to an outbound-first model and building a best-in-class pipeline engine. Based in Sydney, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects and customers across APAC via outbound calling and email outreach.
• Conduct high-volume outbound activity to build and maintain a healthy pipeline in your territory.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing to develop targeted outbound strategies.
• Contribute to the Go-to-Market BDR playbook and outbound motions.
• Communicate LastPass product capabilities to prospects in a compelling way.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a bias for learning.
