LastPass is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline growth across the APAC region, engaging prospects and customers while helping LastPass deliver seamless access to vital information. You will join a high-energy, globally distributed BDR team transitioning to outbound-first model.

You will collaborate with Account Executives across APAC, and contribute to targeted outreach strategies, building a healthy pipeline and supporting Go-to-Market objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated drive and resilience in a goal-oriented environment.
• Able to absorb coaching and apply feedback quickly.
• Recognised as a team player contributing to a collaborative culture.
• Genuine interest in building a career in technology sales.
• Based in Sydney, Australia.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling as part of a structured daily routine.

Responsabilités

• Engage prospects and customers across APAC via outbound calling and email outreach.
• Conduct high-volume outbound activity to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing on outreach strategies.
• Contribute to the Go-to-Market BDR playbook and outbound motion.
• Communicate LastPass capabilities to prospects in a compelling way.
