JLL in Sydney is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead on-site operations for a diverse property portfolio. You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and project delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and hands-on facilities leadership to drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in facilities or property management.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead projects from initiation to delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in facilities management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively managing service expectations and ensuring delivery standards are consistently exceeded.
• Conduct regular building inspections and complete comprehensive reports within required governance timeframes to maintain facility integrity.
• Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations as well as all contractual obligations and organizational procedures.
• Coordinate with facilities vendors and contractors to schedule and execute maintenance works in alignment with client needs and base building management requirements.
• Manage and monitor the work order platform to achieve or exceed key performance indicators and service level targets, reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Support and deliver facilities-related projects within approved budgets and timelines, collaborating closely with affected business units.
• Analyze facilities data and prepare presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the portfolio.
