Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead comprehensive facilities services for the Australia Post portfolio across multiple sites. You will drive risk management, cost-saving initiatives and service improvements while managing vendor performance and stakeholder relationships.

Your leadership will guide a facilities team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and enhance service delivery with a coaching mindset that drives performance excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven experience in corporate real estate or facilities management.
• Ability to interpret numerical data with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proven professionalism with diverse stakeholders, including senior client staff.
• Driver's license for regular site travel and related leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of comprehensive facilities services for the Australia Post portfolio across multiple sites.
• Drive the property risk management program including OH&S, security, fire safety and environmental compliance.
• Develop cost savings initiatives and service improvements with Finance for variance analysis.
• Manage client relationships and monitor service response times and occupant trends.
• Mentor and develop the facilities team and coordinate vendors and Help Desk outputs.
