Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead comprehensive facilities services for the Australia Post portfolio. You will drive risk management, cost-saving initiatives, and service improvements while engaging stakeholders across the business to meet service expectations and protect assets.

You will mentor a facilities team, coordinate vendors, monitor Help Desk outputs, and ensure business continuity across sites, delivering proactive, high-quality facilities

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven experience in corporate real estate or facilities management fields.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios and complex operational matters.
• Strong numerical analysis, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the property risk management program across all sites, ensuring OH&S, security, fire safety and environmental compliance.
• Develop cost savings initiatives and service improvements with Finance for variance analysis.
• Lead client relationship management and evaluate service response times to maximize satisfaction.
• Mentor and manage the facilities team to sustain high morale and performance.
• Coordinate facilities vendors and monitor Help Desk outputs to meet KPIs and business continuity plans.
