Job summary

Your Digital Media in Australia is seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Management Team on a part-time or full-time basis. You will manage calendars, coordinate communications, and assist across Shopify projects within a dynamic agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Recent graduates with relevant degrees are preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an agency is required; relevant experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management Team.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate all administration tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and client correspondence.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support project managers in junior project management tasks to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and assist in quality checks for Shopify platforms.
• Collaborate with development/design teams to contribute to Shopify websites.
• Perform other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
