Job summary

Arsenault is seeking a Desktop Support Administrator to deliver desk-side hardware support, L2 OS troubleshooting and basic networking assistance across Australia. The role involves lifting equipment, configuring devices, and providing smart hands for peripherals and network gear.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related IT fields, and strong knowledge of O365 and TCP/IP concepts. Flexible/remote working is supported, with opportunities for travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant IT fields.
• Solid desk-side support experience and L2 troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of Office 365 applications and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side hardware troubleshooting and repair for laptops, desktops, printers and accessories.
• Assist with configuring and troubleshooting enterprise LAN/WAN setups and networking basics.
• Support OS installation and software apps (Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
