Andelo Pty Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships for a portfolio of 2–3 accounts. You will champion client success, ensure brand and design standards are met, and coach designers on client preferences.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, monthly check-ins, and maintaining high client retention. You will work in a fast-paced, agency-style environment, with a focus on independent decision-making, clear briefs, and timely problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Account Manager, Client Services, or Client Success roles in a design/creative/marketing agency
• Design literacy to spot alignment issues, layout problems, and brand violations before client delivery
• Proficiency with ClickUp or similar PM tools; comfortable reviewing files in Figma/Adobe
• Professional English for client meetings and written communication
• Availability during Australian business hours (10am–4pm Sydney time)

Responsibilities

• Own 2-3 client accounts fully; success measured by client retention and growth
• Be the brand guardian and ensure designs meet brand guidelines
• Coach designers on client-specific preferences
• Conduct monthly check-ins beyond project work
• Spot warning signs early and act before problems escalate
• Build trust with Marketing Directors and Creative Managers
• Escalate recurring issues to leadership with solutions, not just problems
• Check briefs are complete before designers start and clarify vague briefs by calling clients
