Hello Sunday Morning is seeking a commercially driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to own and grow partnerships revenue. You will convert an established pipeline into multi-year agreements while building a sustainable stream of new partners aligned with our mission and values.

This role is full-time, primarily remote with occasional in-person team days. Reporting to the Head of Development, you will position the organisation as a trusted partner for workplace wellbeing, ESG outcomes, and

• Demonstrated experience in corporate partnerships or other revenue generating roles.
• Proven track record converting opportunities into signed, high value agreements.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills, and managing complex pipelines and forecasts.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement with senior partners.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with high accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver the annual corporate partnerships revenue target.
• Convert existing pipeline opportunities into signed partnerships and develop a strong new business pipeline.
• Manage the complete partnership cycle from qualification to renewal and growth.
• Prioritise high value multi-year partnerships and diversify income through partnerships and services.
• Build trusted relationships and provide timely reporting on outcomes and impact.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on cobranded initiatives and brand visibility.
• Maintain pipeline records, forecasts, and communicate progress and risks.
