Job summary

Hello Sunday Morning in Sydney is seeking a commercially minded Corporate Partnerships Manager to own and grow Hello Sunday Morning’s corporate partnerships revenue. You will convert an established pipeline into high-value, multi-year agreements while building a sustainable pipeline of new partners aligned with our mission and values.

Reporting to the Head of Development, you will work with autonomy and accountability to position Hello Sunday Morning as a trusted partner for organisations

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in corporate partnerships or revenue roles.
• Proven ability to convert opportunities into signed, high-value agreements.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and forecasting experience.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement with senior partners.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the annual corporate partnerships revenue target.
• Develop and convert pipeline opportunities into signed partnerships.
• Manage the full partnership cycle from qualification to renewal and growth.
• Prioritise high-value, multi-year partnerships and diversify income streams.
• Build trusted relationships with corporate partners and report outcomes and impact.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on cobranded activities and storytelling.
• Maintain pipeline records, forecasts and communicate progress to the Head of Development.
• Ensure activities align with governance, values and compliance.
