Hello Sunday Morning is seeking a commercially minded Corporate Partnerships Manager to own and grow the organisation's corporate partnerships revenue. The role focuses on converting an established pipeline into high-value, multi-year agreements while developing new partners aligned with our mission and ESG outcomes.

You’ll report to the Head of Development and work with autonomy in a largely remote setting, contributing to workplace wellbeing and digital health impact.

Formación

• Experience in corporate partnerships or revenue-generating roles.
• Proven track record converting opportunities into signed, high-value agreements.
• Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Experience in health, mental health, wellbeing or purpose-driven organisations.
• Understanding of ESG/workplace wellbeing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CRM and pipeline tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver the annual corporate partnerships revenue target.
• Convert pipeline opportunities into signed partnerships and develop new business.
• Manage the full partnership cycle from qualification to renewal and growth.
• Prioritise high-value, multi-year partnerships and diversify income streams.
• Maintain trusted relationships and report outcomes to partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on cobranded initiatives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and communicate risks and opportunities.
