Job summary

TSMG is seeking a proactive Point of Contact Coordinator to engage local communities and businesses, recruit participant groups, and coordinate project activities across Brisbane and wider Queensland. This remote role involves building partnerships, managing schedules, and serving as the primary liaison with the operations team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and capable of working independently with flexible hours and a project-based scope.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact local businesses, organizations, and groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and business representatives.
• Recruit participant groups that meet project requirements.
• Explain project scope, participation process, and expectations to participants.
• Coordinate participant schedules and recording sessions.
• Act as main point of contact between participants and the TSMG operations team.
• Track participant progress and recruitment records.
• Provide onboarding information and documentation to participants.
• Support participant retention with ongoing communication.
